ANOTHER NDN UPRISING

Shishonia's standup comedy features stories of her journey: from growing up poor on the Navajo reservation to washing ashore a sunset beach modeling bikinis.
 
Shishonia is a member of the Navajo Nation and half Italian. She has a Master of Fine Arts degree in Create Writing from prestigious California Institute of Fine Arts. In 2011 she debuted her first book, An Artist's Lexicon: A Peculiar View of the World. 

 

These days you can find doing standup, sketch comedy & improv. She is living and working in Los Angeles as an actress, writer and comedian on stage, television and in film.
